Below is our eStore policy summary.

Promotions

FREE SHIPPING

This offer only applies to orders submitted through the AAE eStore website.
Order value INCLUDING GST must be equal to or greater than AUD$400.
Stock must fit into a satchel and be less than 5kg.
For split shipments, free freight is only applied to the first shipment.
Offer only applies to Australian delivery addresses.
The free shipping carrier will be AAE's choice. Typically we'll use the overnight services offered by TNT Express, Toll Priority or StarTrack.
You must select the Free Freight option at checkout. NOTE: This option may be present even though the stock is bulky and will not fit in a 5kg satchel. In this case we reserve the right to on-charge freight.

Pricing

We use a tier based pricing structure that offers discounted rates for volume purchases. Simply create or login to your online account to view our prices and stock on hand. Please call for pricing if the line quantity does not meet your requirements.

Payment

AAE accepts Paypal, MasterCard and VisaCard payments online. In order to keep our overall prices low, we do require a purchase order minimum which is currently AUD$15.00.

Shipping

In general, orders received before 2pm AEDT will ship the same day. All orders received after this time will promptly ship the following business day. Large orders may ship the following day, depending on what time your order was received. Australia Post Express orders ship the following business day.

For any order processed with "Customer Account" as the shipping option (including international orders) please enter your shipping instructions in the final order review step.

For AOG orders we will prioritise your request and work with you and your carrier of preference, to ship on the next available flight.

Packing

Our standard packaging comes with the part number, description, manufacturer, lot number, and our company GRN. If you require any additional information on packaging, or packaging to your specifications, please let us know how we can assist you. We can accommodate most packaging needs. Charges may apply for packaging requirements that significantly affect the process time of your order.

On all orders AAE reserves the right to dispatch and invoice for quantities of Products greater or less than the exact quantity up to a variation of 3% unless otherwise expressesly requested by the Customer at the time of sale.

Back Orders

AAE will make every effort to ship your order complete. If any items are backordered to you, we will ship those items to you in a timely manner. We will also consolidate shipments where possible to reduce your freight costs. Initially we will not be allowing backorders to be generated through the online store. Should you need a quantity beyond that in stock locally and in the USA, please call us.

Certification

Manufacturer's certifications are on file for all aerospace and Mil-Spec fasteners. All parts are shipped with an AAE certificate of conformance with the lot number and/or control number. Please advise at the time of your order if you would like a copy of the manufacturer's certification shipped with your parts.

CAGE Code

For our Australian Government customers, AAE is a Defence Recognised Supplier with cage code Z0WH1.

Return of Merchandise

A Return of Merchandise (RMA) number issued by AAE must accompany any returned items. No credit will be issued on any parts returned without an RMA number. AAE must be notified of any discrepancies or shortages within 7 days of receipt of your shipment for a credit to be issued. Credits and RMA's will not be issued beyond 7 days after items have been received. Parts must be in the original packaging with the original quantity sold, for a credit to be given.

We generally do not charge a restocking fee if the parts you ordered are regular stock items. Any parts that were brought in specifically to fill your order, if returnable, will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Any specialty parts ordered are non-returnable.
